Heart Team Prep
Prepare for the heart team conference before you walk in, and practice defending your plan.
About Heart Team Prep
Heart Team Prep turns a cardiac surgery case into a structured, conference-ready report. You describe the case in your own words by dictating or typing, in de-identified clinical terms, and answer only the follow-up questions still needed.
The app then shows how three heart team members would read the same case: a cardiac surgeon, a non-interventional cardiologist, and an interventional cardiologist. Each gets a recommendation, reasoning, and the points where they would disagree, graded with the ACC/AHA Class of Recommendation and Level of Evidence framework.
Positions are backed by an on-demand PubMed search for supporting and opposing literature, designed to surface the longer-term data that some decisions, such as TAVR versus SAVR durability, depend on.
