Terms of Use for OralBoards AI

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the OralBoards AI mobile application (“the App”), operated by Bender Apps, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

OralBoards AI is an educational tool designed to simulate oral board examinations for medical trainees and professionals. It is intended solely for training and educational purposes.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations for real patients.

2. No Medical Advice

The content generated within the App, including AI-generated responses, feedback, and case simulations, is for educational use only.

You should not rely on the App for clinical decision-making or patient care. Always use independent clinical judgment and consult appropriate medical professionals when needed.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App
• Not use the App in connection with real patient care

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple via your App Store account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• We do not handle billing or store payment information

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, design, and software, are the property of Bender Apps, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to simulate examiner interactions. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

We make no guarantees regarding the correctness or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bender Apps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
